Perched on its rocky hills, the village of Sault welcomes you to the lavender country . Every year,it gathers several tourists round a table mixing the aromas , the tastes and the colors of a Provençal city. To cap it all, Sault gives you, before to quit the table, the bunch of the lavender feast.
